Terms of use

Who runs the portal
The Kriptoliga portal is run by the company ROZI d.o.o., whose details are in the legal notice.
What the portal is
The portal is free educational content: a school, analyses, tools and a demo exchange using virtual money. Virtual money has no value and cannot be bought, paid out or exchanged for real money or crypto-assets. The portal does not execute real orders or hold real assets.
Not investment advice
Nothing on the portal is a personal recommendation or a call to buy or sell. Analyses are public, calculated automatically and the same for everyone. Trading crypto-assets carries the risk of losing your entire stake, and a demo result does not guarantee a result on the real market. You make decisions about your money yourself and at your own responsibility.
The portal receives no payment from the exchanges or coin issuers mentioned on it. If that changes, such content will be clearly labelled.
Account
- An account may be opened by a person aged 18 or over.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what is done from your account.
- A nickname must not insult, present you as someone else or advertise services.
- We may block an account that abuses the portal, disrupts its operation or tries to cheat in the league.
League
The league is free and is meant for practice. There are no cash prizes. We may remove an account from the ranking if its result came from abuse or a system error.
Accuracy and availability
Prices and other market data come from external sources and may be delayed or inaccurate. The demo simplifies some real rules, such as fees and order execution. We may change, temporarily disable or close the portal, and we may reset demo balances and rankings.
Content
Texts, lessons, quizzes, tools and the design of the portal are protected by copyright. You may use them for personal learning; publication or other use requires our permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by decisions based on the portal's content, inaccurate data or the portal being unavailable. This does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence and does not limit rights granted to consumers by mandatory law.
Complaints
You can send a complaint by post to the company address or by email to info@kriptoliga.eu. We reply to written complaints within 15 days of receipt.
Final provisions
Croatian law applies, and consumers keep the protection given by the mandatory rules of the country where they habitually reside. If the terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new date. The Croatian text prevails, and translations are for easier understanding. You can close your account at any time by requesting it by email at info@kriptoliga.eu.
